Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 24, 2026
All sales from The Client Haus are final. We do not offer refunds, but we may offer exchanges for unused items that meet the conditions below.
Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process an exchange for an item of equal value.
Due to the nature of our products, custom or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at: connect@theclienthaus.comInclude photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
